1. B&W television was developed in the 1930's and color television was developed in the 1940's
2. U.S. television (NTSC format) has 526 'scan' lines, European television (PAL format) has 625 'scan' lines.
3. All video cameras can be color balanced when seeing white.
4. To tell a story with video you must have a beginning, middle and end.
5. Video composition should include: Head room, speaking room and walking room
